Technical Specification
Our Film Faced Shuttering plywood is made using 100% high density rubber wood core and
Gurjan/Keuring face veneer, which is 100% eco-friendly. These raw materials can withstand water,
heat and severe climatic conditions. Selected naturally are durable cross band veneers impregnated
with specially formulated phenol resin or melamine resin. It is then topped with world class 125gsm
DONGWHA or DYNEA (Finland) Impregnated Surface Film. Plywood is made of veneers which
are piled nicely to make it ideal for hot pressing and laminations. Face veneer on either side topped
with phenolic resin impregnated film, pressed with 3.5 mm pure stainless steel plates and laminated
under very high pressure and temperature. Our Film Faced Plywood can be re-used several times if
handled carefully while fixing, oiling, removing and storing.
